I have always been a very creative individual.  My passion for photography started at the young age of 10 when I got my first camera from my Grandfather, who was also a photographer. We would take photos everywhere we went as he taught me about photography.  Three weeks before he passed away, it was my 15^th birthday, and his gift to me was a new camera.  As my passion for photography grew stronger, my mom would always take me to neat places to continue practising my skills.  I then began taking photography courses in school, and doing a bit of modelling myself.  Later on, I started taking courses in business, which lead me to starting up Focused Photography in 2003.

Thanks to my dear friend Andrea, I started assisting other photographers in the London, ON area with wedding and engagement photography for a little while before going on my own.  Since then Focused Photography has continued to grow, we have relocated from London, ON to Cambridge, ON  but still serve clients anywhere in South Western Ontario.  I still continue to educate myself as technology is always changing, and I always want to provide my clients with the best quality.

I truly feel blessed to be able to do what I am most passionate about in life; Photography. I am fortunate enough to have an amazing husband, beautiful daughter, family, friends and great clients! Thank you to all for your continued support and business.

I am an accomplished, experienced professional photographer of 25 years.  I have photographed over 1000 beautiful weddings in my career.  I am a grad from the prestigious Bealart program with photography as my major and painting as my minor.  I know what brides want and have always been professional about every aspect of the wedding.

I owned my first camera at the age of 10, discovering the pleasure of photography even at that young age. I am graduate of Seneca College with a major in Photography. I would say that my style of photography is down-to-earth, elegant and simple.

I believe there is a story to be told behind every face, every frame, and I delight in capturing those in my own unique style. My ability to see beauty even in the small things in life and my passion for photography is portrayed clearly in my work.

I have been an avid photographer for over 8 years, starting in college as part of my journalism course. After finishing college, I went on to be a reporter/photographer for a few local newspapers, before settling into radio, where I have been working now for the past 5 years.

Photographing family and friends was a hobby for many years, but have been doing weddings over the last few years and have been enjoying it ever since!
